Capoeira

A Brazilian martial art combining music and movement. Chris has adapted the traditional movements and music for all abilities.

Community Safety & Exploration

Participants will learn about emergency preparation, community safety and emergency personnel. And participants will explore their local communities.

Healthy Living with Nutrition and Cooking

Participants will enjoy movement, walking and exploring the area. They will also enjoy learning about good food choices and cooking a few simple recipes.

Craft and Rec Club

With our instructors Jackie and Colin, and visiting instructors, participants will enjoy learning and making items with leather, fabric, found objects and more.

Rec Club Around the World

Explore visiting countries around the world. Participants will explore locations, traditions, holidays and even food, all while enjoying their favorite Rec Club activities.

During September, they will be visiting Brazil.

Theatre Class

Meeting twice a week, participants will explore all aspects of live theatre both behind the scenes and in front of an audience.
